What services do you offer?
We provide website and web app development, Flutter mobile apps, AI agents and automation, SEO, content and social media, website management, Google Business Profile optimization, and e-commerce or API integrations.
Are you based in Bali?
Yes. Our studio address is in Pedungan, Denpasar Selatan, Bali. We can also coordinate projects remotely with businesses elsewhere in Indonesia and beyond.
How do I start a project?
Share your goals through the consultation form, email or WhatsApp. We review your needs, agree the scope and provide a written proposal before paid work begins.
Does the consultation form confirm a booking?
No. It submits your enquiry to our studio. Your preferred time remains a request until our team confirms it. A connected scheduling service, when available, provides its own booking confirmation.
How much will my project cost?
Pricing depends on scope, integrations, content and support requirements. Starter, Professional and Custom Enterprise describe scope levels; the quiz does not calculate a binding price. Your proposal includes the agreed fees.
How long does delivery take?
The timeline is confirmed after discovery and depends on complexity, content readiness, feedback and third-party requirements. Milestones are agreed in the project proposal.
Can you improve an existing website?
Yes. We can review WordPress, WooCommerce and other websites for maintenance, content updates, troubleshooting, performance or a scoped redesign.
Do you provide Android and iOS apps?
We develop Flutter applications for Android and iOS. Platform accounts, release requirements and submission preparation are included or coordinated according to the project scope.
Can I hire an AI agent for my business?
We configure agents around specific workflows, approved knowledge sources and permitted tools. The scope defines human approvals and exception handling; the homepage showcase is a demonstration, not a live support agent.
Do you guarantee SEO rankings or Google Business verification?
No. We improve technical foundations, content and local profile quality. Rankings and verification depend on Google and other factors outside our control.
What happens after launch?
Handover, maintenance, revisions and any support period are specified in your written agreement. Ongoing support can be scoped separately.
How are ownership, cancellation and refunds handled?
These are defined in the project agreement, including any third-party licensing requirements. Contact the team to discuss your specific engagement.
How is my enquiry information handled?
The submitted form is stored securely in our website database for our team to review. Direct messages are also handled through the email or WhatsApp service you use. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
