1. About these terms
These terms cover this website and enquiries to Artha Karya Digital, a digital studio in Denpasar, Bali. A signed project agreement or accepted written proposal defines any paid engagement and takes priority over these general terms where the two differ.
2. Using this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, upload malicious material or misuse our identity. Information on this website describes our services and does not itself create a paid project agreement.
3. Consultations and estimates
The consultation form sends your enquiry to our studio. Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a meeting time. The meeting is confirmed after our team responds, or through a connected scheduling service when one is available. Quiz recommendations are indicative scopes, not binding quotations.
A free consultation or initial digital audit covers an introductory discussion or first review. Deliverables, availability and any further work are confirmed directly.
4. Scope, pricing and payments
Deliverables, schedule, fees, payment milestones, third-party costs and tax treatment are agreed in writing before paid work begins. Additional requirements may change the scope, cost or timeline and must be agreed before implementation. This website does not collect payments.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients supply accurate requirements, timely feedback and authorized access to necessary systems. Clients must have the rights to any supplied content, brand materials and data. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the consultation form.
6. Intellectual property and licensing
Rights to custom deliverables, source code, creative assets and portfolio publication are defined in the project agreement. Third-party software, fonts, plugins and assets remain subject to their respective licenses. Website content and branding may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Third-party tools and AI services
Hosting, search engines, social platforms, payment providers, app stores and AI services have their own terms and availability. SEO rankings, sales results, app-store approval and uninterrupted third-party service are not guaranteed. AI workflows require an agreed scope, appropriate access controls and human review for consequential actions.
8. Changes, support and cancellation
Revisions, acceptance, warranty or support periods, cancellation and any refund arrangements are defined in the applicable project agreement. There is no universal cancellation or refund schedule implied by this website. Contact us promptly if a project issue arises.
9. Privacy, accuracy and statutory rights
Our Privacy Policy describes the current handling of enquiries. We aim to keep website information accurate but it may change. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project-specific responsibility and remedies are agreed in writing subject to applicable law.
